House of Antonia is a space for women who are done performing their lives for other people.
It exists for the woman who followed the rules, carried the unrealistic expectations, always did the “right thing," and is now realizing that much of her identity was shaped by family conditioning, inherited guilt, and unspoken obligations that were never truly hers to hold. This work is about undoing what was placed on you, so you can return to what is true.
At House of Antonia, we don’t bypass the nervous system, the lineage, or the body. We look directly at the patterns that were passed down, emotionally, energetically, and relationally, and we dissolve them at the root. This is not surface-level mindset work. This is deep recalibration. When the imprint clears, your choices, boundaries, relationships, and sense of self reorganize naturally.

4-Week Awakening
Ascension is a private, one-month container for women ready to heal parental imprints, dissolve inherited guilt, and step into self-trust with clarity and confidence.
Through weekly one-on-one sessions, intuitive channeling, and personalized integration, we identify the specific conditioning keeping you stuck and rewrite it at the source. This work creates tangible shifts, not just emotional insight. By the end of our four weeks together, you are no longer living from reaction, obligation, or fear, you are making decisions from alignment, boundaries, and embodied knowing.
This container is intentionally intimate and deeply transformative. It is for women who are ready to take responsibility for their lives and move forward without looking back.
About Antonia
I’m Antonia, a Reiki Practitioner and Intuitive Channeler focused on healing the lineages of women all over the world. This dedication to my practice is to give women the gift of remembering and reclaiming sovereignty over their lives.
My work embodies diving into ancestral patterning, energy perception, and grounded integration. I don’t teach women how to become someone new; I help them remember who they were before the conditioning. I work somatically with the body, intuitively with the earth, and the intelligence that weaves between them.
You will experience massive transformations in your life after choosing to dive in and really be with yourself and in your own energy. Some major changes you will walk away with include strengthening your discernment, creating healthy boundaries, and acquiring the tools to learn how to heal yourself.
House of Antonia was born from lived experience. I have walked the path of extreme grief, loss, and separation from old identities. I am here to share all the tools I wish I had during those lessons and show you how to choose yourself without feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders. This space is for women who are ready to stop outsourcing their knowing and start living from internal authority.
